Choice Care Group was established to provide learning disability support services for individuals who require a safe, supportive and therapeutic living environment, which also provides opportunities to learn and self-develop.
Our services look after clients with learning disabilities, mental health conditions and complex emotional and behavioural needs including autism in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Dorset, Gloucestershire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Surrey and Wiltshire.

Application Process

Fill in our short online application form for the role you wish to apply for. We encourage you to complete your application form as soon as possible as we review applications throughout the advertising period. If you require support with completing the form or would like more information please contact our recruitment team.

If you are successful with your online application form, you'll be invited to complete a short telephone discussion with a member of our recruitment team. This is to get to know you a bit more and understand whether this is the right opportunity for you, as well as for you to ask any questions you may have.
If you are successful with your telephone discussion, you will be invited to a face to face interview.
If you are successful, you will be offered a great career opportunity with Choice Care Group. Our pre-employment team will be on hand to support you with your DBS application and obtain your references.
Once we have copies of your references and your DBS check in place, we’ll be arranging your start date to begin your induction and training, and you will meet the people you will be supporting.
